Shipping

We are delighted to be able to send Beausheful orders worldwide! Any orders placed with us before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Ireland & UK Customers

For our Irish and UK Customers, we use An Post to ship your orders.

​

You should receive email notifications from Beausheful once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries about your order after it has been shipped please or if for any reason you do not receive this information contact info@beausheful.com.

Delivery time for An Post:

  • Ireland: 2-3 working days

  • UK: 3-5 working days

​

International Customers:

For all other International orders we ship with DHL Express.

For the small selection of countries that DHL does not ship to, these orders will be sent with An Post and delivery times can vary.

For express delivery, we use DHL:

  • US Delivery time 2-3 working days.

  • Europe Delivery time 2-3 working days.

  • Rest of World Delivery time 5-7 working days.

*Please note in busy periods i.e Black Friday or Christmas, delivery lengths may increase. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 28 days of receipt. This timeframe begins on the date of your shipping notification.

Please note that all packaging and seals must be intact. Any products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted by our returns department.

To ensure that we process your return and refund as efficiently as possible, please carefully follow our returns procedure as listed below:

If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at info@beausheful.com to notify us that you wish to return your item. Your e-mail should contain your order number and details of the product(s) that you wish to return. A return confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours.

To return your item to us:

1. Ensure that all products are unused and in their original packaging with all seals and packaging intact.

2. Package up your parcel safely and securely to guarantee that it avoids damage during transit. Please include a copy of your order confirmation if possible or a piece of paper with your order number on it for efficiency and quick refund turnaround.

3. Address your package to the below address;

4. Bring your package to your local postal service (suggested) and always request proof of postage as Beausheful cannot be liable for any lost return packages.

Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of any shipping fees* and only the cost of the products purchased will be refunded. All refunds will be returned ONLY to the original method of payment and we do not offer refunds via cash, cheque or credit note.

*In the event that shipping is paid and the item delivered is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will refund the fee or reissue the order.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your item(s) were damaged in transit, please contact us within three days of delivery. Please include in your inquiry at least three photos of your package:

1. The outside of the box

2. Inner packaging

3. Product(s) damaged
