Booking & Appointment Policy
Booking:
Bookings are available up to two months in advance, with the exception of bridal parties.
Appointments can be booked via the 'Book Appointment' button which will direct you to the online booking system - Timely. Otherwise, please contact the salon via phone 085 128 2757 to make, reschedule or cancel an appointment.

For all other queries including order and stock queries, you can also contact us via email (info@beausheful.com), Facebook messenger (@beausheful), and Instagram DM (@beaushefulbynk), but please note response times may be slow. We do not schedule appointments via email or social media.

Please be sure to book the correct service at the time of booking, particularly in the nail category. Depending on that day's schedule we may not have any additional time to allocate to your appointment if it was not previously booked and as a result, we may not be able to carry out any additional services, nail art, etc.

Out of Hours Appointments:
Out of hours appointments are not displayed on the booking system. If you require an appointment outside of regular working hours, please request same by contacting the salon via phone 085 128 2757. Please note, out of hours appointments incur an additional charge.

Prices:
All prices, treatments, and information are correct at the time of booking and are subject to revision without notice.

Medical Conditions:
Please inform us at the times of booking if you have any medical condition/contraindication which may affect or prevent your treatment i.e. high blood pressure, low blood pressure, pregnancy, heart condition, diabetes, epilepsy, broken bones, cancer, metal pins/plates, thyroid problems, allergies, anxiety attacks, asthma, migraines, prescribed medication, recent surgery, skin problems, viruses, autoimmune disease or other.

Tinting Services:
Patch tests are required for tinting services for all new clients and returning clients who have not been tinted/patch tested within 6 months. Patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your tinting service, in line with manufacturer's instructions. A charge of €5 applies to patch tests and is fully redeemable against tinting services within 30 days of patch test. It is the clients responsibility to book patch tests and related appointments correctly. Failure to schedule your patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and cancellation charges if necessary.

If you have scheduled a service that involves tinting (eyelash or eyebrow tint) and it is your first time visiting Beausheful Salon, a patch test is required.

If you are a returning client for tinting servies but it has been more than 6 months since your last tint at Beausheful Salon, a patch test is required.

If you have not had tinting done at Beausheful Salon, but have been tinted in other salons, a patch test is required.

Makeup Services:
Please arrive at your makeup appointment with a clean face and with no makeup on. Removal of heavy makeup is time-consuming and may result in an additional charge. It is recommended to bring reference photos or suggestions to assist with completing the desired look.

Nail Services:
Please remove any nail products on nails before the appointment, including nail polish, gel, and acrylic (this does not apply to refill appointments). I do not refill other nail technician's nail treatments so please ensure this is removed beforehand. If you need foreign nails to be removed, be sure to book this service at the time of booking as additional time will need to be allocated for removal.

Please be sure to select the correct nail service at the time of booking as additional time is required for removals, nail art, french manicure and french ombré. If you wish for intricate nail art, please send me an inspiration photo in advance to ensure that enough time is allocated. This cannot be decided when you arrive at your appointment unless booked as I may not have enough time allocated to your appointment and may refuse service.

Eyelash Services:
Please remove contact lenses prior to your eyelash appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any container to store the lenses in during your treatment, so please bring your own container if necessary. Please remove any eye makeup prior to your appointment. Removal of heavy makeup is time-consuming and may result in an additional charge.

Lashes must be bare (free from mascara, strip lashes or foreign eyelash extensions) when arriving to your appointment. Removal of heavy makeup is time-consuming and may result in an additional charge.
Please remove all lash extensions prior to your appointment (this does not apply to refill appointments). I do not refill other lash technician's lashes so please ensure that these are removed beforehand. If you need a foreign lashes to be removed, be sure to book this service at the time of booking as additional time will need to be allocated for removal.

Waxing:
Please be aware that certain skincare products may interfere with waxing products, causing skin irritation and potential grazing; retinols, glycolic, salicylic or any other topical exfoliant on the skin, Roaccutane (Isotretinoin or 13-cis retinoic acid). It is recommended to avoid use of these products for at least 72 hours prior to waxing. Also avoid microneedling, chemical peels and sunbed use.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate you and our clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice in these instances. Please note our specific policies below:

When booking online, your card details will be stored on our system - no payment is being taken at this time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 100% of your service fee will be charged. If you fail to attend or arrive late to your appointment and there is not enough time to carry out your service, 100% of the service fee will be charged. You can make any changes to your appointment services, date and time up to 24 hours prior free of charge.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to take payment from the card on file, this will result in any future appointments being cancelled and refusal of any future booking until such payment is made.
​
If you cancel and provide sufficient notice, no fee is required.
​
It is important to be as punctual as possible. If you feel that you will be delayed, a courtesy text would be greatly appreciated. Latecomers of 10+ minutes may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled as it would delay the rest of my clients and is unfair to them.
​
A non-refundable deposit may be requested during peak times such as debs and Christmas seasons, or where it is not possible to save card information on file.
